Came here after a friend’s recommendation, and they definitely live up to the great reputation. They took great care of my M4. Good repair and service. Will is super knowledgeable, nice and patient. He’s also very passionate about BMWs. Highly recommend! thanks Will and team🙏

Engineuity Autowerks has been an outstanding experience from start to finish. The level of care, patience, and transparency they provide is rare in the automotive world. Every step of the process was explained in detail in a way that actually made sense, without any pressure or confusion. As a woman bringing my vehicle in, I felt genuinely respected and comfortable the entire time. They took the time to walk me through what was happening with my car, what needed attention now versus later, and why. It’s clear they take pride in their work and value honest communication over quick fixes. The professionalism and integrity here really stand out, and I left feeling confident in both the service and the recommendations. I would absolutely trust Engineuity Autowerks again and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a mechanic who is thorough, honest, and truly takes care of their customers.

Since moving to Houston, I went to a dealership once and never looked back. For the past four years, I’ve trusted this incredible shop with my vehicle, and the experience has been nothing short of exceptional. I’m grateful to have found a mechanic and team I can truly trust—people who genuinely look out for their customers, focus on doing what’s right, and help identify potential issues before they become major problems. It’s rare to find that level of honesty, professionalism, and care. Thank you for everything you do and for consistently providing outstanding service!

Simply put these are just GOOD PEOPLE. It was the first time my BMW was in this shop and thanks to Will (the owner) and his team I have nothing but good things to say about it. The level of beyond competent BMW experience, along with the professionalism and respect toward the customer, was more than you could ever ask for in wanting to get a shop to partner with you on your vehicle. My car ended up being there a little longer than we had planned and they were completely patient and kind and even kept it indoors for me. A special shout out to Jill with her coordination and customer communication, as she was super helpful and very comforting to me that the car was in great hands. If you need someone to work with you on your BMW at an honest price then this is the place!

I wanted to do an unsolicited and 100% deserving review of Will and his team. This was my first time going for an oil change but a very minor issue came up. Upon hearing of the issue from his team, Will reached out to me and went above and beyond to take care of the issue without me having to ask. It is refreshing to see that businesses still stand behind their work and craftsmanship. When I complimented Will for his business ethics by going above and beyond, he just replied saying that he treats people the way he would like to be treated. Businesses that provide services at a honest and fair price but deliver work that is beyond reproach are rare nowadays. If you have a BMW or any other car that deserves the best, please check these guys out. Based on my experience with them, I think they will take good care of you and your car.
